Short-billed dowitcher (?) at Leslie Spit

At the red bridge, there was a short-billed dowitcher (I believe) that was feeding. It was a first for me, so I assume its a dowitcher (small bird, long beak, foraging on the rocks)

Generally they feed in the mud, not on rocks...
