Any suggestions on what store around the GTA has the best price on black oil sunflower seeds (25lb bags or larger). Now that the fall & winter is coming I'll be using a number of large bags to keep the feeders stocked.

The Home Depot just off Laird has large bags of black sunflower seeds in the gardening section of the store. I can't remember the exact price ($15-$20?), but that's where I usually go.

Might be worth a check; Pleasant View Farms. Dixie S from Dundas to Caterpillar (just N of Queensway). Turn R. then there's only 1 street to Left and go ALL the way to the back, bending right. It'll be obvious when ya gits there. Great place for feed, hay, straw, shavings, chickens, even ducks and rabbits. Rocks, plants and wood, ++++. I don't buy birdseed but I know he's got good prices on most everything I do buy.

$29.95 for a 50 lbs bag of black oil sunflower seeds at the Feed Mill in Alliston. Buy 10 over the next year and get 1 free

Last winter someone suggested Ren's ( http://www.renspets.com/ ) to me.  I find them very reasonably priced and they have any type of seed you might be looking for, including safflower and even swan/goose/duck corn and cracked corn.

Their website doesn't show any bird seed as they seem to cater to "pet supplies"  but they do have a good selection of seed.  They are a type of CO-OP store.

Located at Trafalgar Road and Burhamthorpe.  I used to drive there during the winter travelling along Burhamthorpe from 9th line, keeping an eye open for RTH and Snowy Owl.

Yes, a nice country drive up the 9th line to Burnhamthorpe and across to Trafalgar- to Ren's for bird seed at reasonable prices . I too saw the snowy owl at Joshua Creek - in April and a few RTH's during the summer .
A new pet supply store ( forgot the name) has opened in the '"Mandarin" plaza at the corner of Dundas and Winston Churchill . It's worth checking out just for the large variety of bird feeders and odd-ball stuff . They sell a small variety of bird seed as well.
They also state that if there's something specific you need they will order it for you .
