My final hummingbird close-ups for 2012

These are probably my favourite. While the performance frequency was lacking this morning, there were some great shows. there's something incredible when a hummingbird decides to hover in the air and stare at you.

nice!!
I love the second one. We shot her for hours and it wasn't till I got home and looked at my photos that I realized how "fluffy" the underside of her butt was. Looks like she has a cotton ball attached to her. lol
Nice shooting with you  Richard.
