This is my first post with a picture. Is this a Kestrel?? Any Ideas what it is eating. This was taken at Lakeview Park and
I was wondering if there would be any of whatever it is eating left to take some photos of. Is this a Kestrel or Pergrine Falcon

Yes, that is a Kestrel. What it is eating looks like a young shorebird. (Maybe a Kildeer?)
