Sick Robin

i have a robin in my back yard for the past few hours he has been sitting there and opening and closing his mouth and chirping every few seconds like it is sneezing or coughing. It doesn't appear to be able to fly. I'm worried that a cat might get it. Any advice.

never mind, it's gone and a cat is hanging around my yard, either it ended up getting the strength to fly or the cat got it.
