Yes Palo I believe it to be a White-winged Scoter.There were two or three males swimming around and a few females. Unfortunately I didn't get a very good picture with the light being poor but here is one I believe to be a female.
Yes rcflier, I believe the yellow would signify a Tundra swan. My first photo of one.
I have made the same assumption before on the Tundra Swan was cautioned by more experienced birders that some Trumpeters also have yellow/golden accents on their bills near their eyes. They said that size determines whether they are Trumpeters or Tundras. Best to check with them...Thouc in particular would be a good person to ask.
