Yesterday, Gunnar Bessel, BIGFRANK and myself spent the better part of a gorgeous sunny day at Beamer and the Niagara Peninsula Hawk Watch. While there we enjoyed seeing several hundred hawks flying by overhead on what we believe was their best day so far this year. A big thank you to those up on the tower for pointing out many of the good birds. Of course, being avid hawk watchers ourselves, we didn't keep our mouths shut for too long before we were shouting out several of the birds -.
