Both a video and photo-images of a migration "fallout" occurrence on the Texas Coast on April 26, 2013. The most extreme episode occurred at South Padre Island in Cameron Co. So severe was the fallout, that volunteers actually fed hungry migrants that were on the brink of exhaustion - mealworms to some and fruit to others.

The bird feeders at Sabal Palm Sanctuary in southern Texas are showing signs of the Fallout right now. Lots of Baltimore Orioles and other birds coming to the feeders.
