I was there today and because of recent rainfall (even before today), the river's water level was quite a bit higher. As a result most of the shorebirds have left. But a few Least Sandpipers and Spotted Sandpipers have remained.
I did see a Cooper's Hawk, a Great Blue Heron, Gnatcatchers, an Oriole, a Muskrat and heard Leopard Frogs. So overall it's still a fun place.
