Howie is right..that's about the same style I use. I also have a few that look like this:
http://www.urbannaturestore.ca/shop/pc/ ... ategory=14Whatever you do..don't buy anything that looks like this:
http://www.urbannaturestore.ca/shop/pc/ ... ategory=14Yes they are pretty, but they leak out the bottom all day. They have to be completely full (which is a waste of nectar) and once even a small amount is gone (and there is an air pocket) they start "peeing". Also the port is wide open so you will end up with a ball of wasps fighting for the nectar there. Hummers don't like that. You will get wasps regardless of which feeder you use but with the other feeders it is harder for them to gain access to the nectar.
In my experience, I find cheaper is better with Hummingbirds. Most do not appreciate the finer things in life
I bought a beautiful hand blown glass feeder in Mexico one year....they didn't go near it. My $9.99 Canadian tire special...they are all over it!! Go figure
The only thing you have to make sure of is that the bottle is glass. Plastic out in the sun all day is not good. It breaks down.
**Get an ant moat..looks like the one you have has one built in at the top. If it's separate you are good, if not then get one. The ants will clean out your feeder real quick.
Again Howie is right..Canadian Tire has the Perky Pet feeder but I don't think they sell ant moats. Have to go to a "bird store" for that. urban Nature Store/Wild Birds Unlimited etc. Lee Valley Tools sells the ant moats as well but I don't think there is one up your way.
Hope this helps, just ask us if you have more questions.
