Funny how you chase these around in the bushes without any luck and then one day there you are walking along the trail and there he is singing his heart out and unafraid and does not fly away and poses till your done

But you've still gotta get the shots! It looks like the sun was perpendicular to or even a bit behind the bird, which makes proper exposure more difficult, but those are really great - where were they taken? I've never seen yellow warblers at the bluffs.

don't know if you know the bluffs area but this one taken right from that small bridge that leads to the lagoons, also there is a ton of them along the road that is at the base of the bluffs that takes you to the lake. The sun was behind the bird as these were taken in the morning and where he was it was impossible to get around to the other side and I did not even try as I was more than happy with what he was offering me considering how many times I failed to photograph this bird
