Was out at Lynde Shores on Friday and saw this mallard (image linked below) by the first pond near the parking lot. I did some googling after getting home to see if this blonde duck was leucistic. The internet seems to confirm that conclusion. It's also said to be quite rare. Anyone else encounter either this anomaly in a duck?

I haven't seen that duck before, but I am down there all the time, I will be looking very closely now.

Sometimes you need a little help to get the best shot.

Looks to be a domestic mallard.

we used to have one at the Scarborough Bluffs but have not seen it in awhile may of moved on, Thought I saw it again at frenchman's bay this past winter, but you seeing it again at Lynn Shores would not be a stretch for it to be seen again
