I was at the Rosetta McClain Hawk watch a couple of days this week and had to try for the pocket of warblers that was hunting in the northwest corner of the park.

Female American Redstart.

Juvenile (male??) Magnolia Warbler.

Juvenile Wilson's Warbler.

I also shot a couple of Butterflies, a Dragonfly and a Red Squirrel and the photos can found on my website for anyone interested in checking them out.

Oh lovely. I was there last week-end, unfortunately kept looking up and not around. Now I know what I missed.

There was a nice flock of birds Friday including many species I didn't see or photograph but there was very little left Saturday. I guess the cold temperatures Friday night told them it was time to move on.

Nice ones Paul. Love the 1st and last. Only thing that would improve them is shooting from a different angle so all that text isn't in the shot ;)

Thanks and glad you liked the photos.

I would rather not have the watermarks on my images, but a year or so ago I found some images I had posted on Flicker being used of a Turkish tourism website. As a result, I don't post anything on the web any more without the watermark.
