Very inspiring, thanks for sharing. Wonder if it's born that way or got into trouble because of their adventurous nature. Here are two shots of a gull with shishkabob stick stuck in its neck. Don't know how long it lived.

Looking at the depression where the leg should be it would appear that he was born without it.

I guess a bird that does not need it feet to find foot would be better able to survive than one that does.

Dinu - those shots are horrific. How on earth did he get stuck like that?
