Last Sunday morning I woke up hearing what seemed like someone hammering a piece of wood. Later in the day when I was cleaning up my backyard I heard the same sound. I looked up in the direction of the sound to find this downy woodpecker drumming away my neighbor's balcony railings. Later she visited the peanut feeder and had her share for the day.
