Nice one of the Scoters. I think your Scaup are Greater Scaup, their heads look big and rounded, and they are also much more common at this time of year.

Thanks for the reply.The original picture was heavily cropped so I have posted another part of it and there may be some Lesser Scaups present. Any thoughts?
