The Red-necked Grebes are certainly enjoying each other’s company at SSP. Unfortunately the nest they are building is destined to fail based on its location.
I wonder when folks are going to put out the platforms for them, hopefully soon.
In the meantime they are doing what Grebes do best at this time of year….
