On my way out of ABB this afternoon I flushed two Spotted Sandpipers along the shore in the marina where they were hunkered down away from the vicious gale that was blowing. The Towhee was skulking along the fenceline, a Mockingbird was hiding at the far tip along with a Hermit Thrush. Horned Grebes still catching little fish, Kingfisher clattering around and the Swallows - NRW, Barn and Tree that I could see, were loving the howling winds! One Iceland Gull flying overhead in the Marina.
