Hi everyone. I was walking around Maplewood Park today from 11am - 12:30pm and sighted the following:
Cardinals x 2 (1m, 1f)
Chickadees x 4
Cooper's Hawk x 1 (female) - flying around the woods, hopefully looking for a nesting site!
Crow x 1 - cawing up a storm, totally riled up due to above hawk
Downy Woodpecker x 1 (female)
Hairy Woodpeckers x 2 (1m, 1f) - very active
House Sparrows x 12
Red-breasted Nuthatch x 1 (female)
Robins x 8
Maplewood Park: East side of Glen Erin Dr., just North of Aquitaine Ave.
