Hi everyone.  This morning at 9am, an extremely hungry baby Mourning Dove being fed by his mom in tiny nest at West end of Lake Aquitaine, close to the public washroom.  :D  So excited!  Have been looking up at this nest for weeks.

Lake Aquitaine:  SE corner of Glen Erin Dr/Aquitaine Ave., behind the Meadowvale Community Centre.

any chance you can just have one Lake Aquitaine thread?

you have 11 threads on the main page and they're reporting regular birds (mourning doves, goslings, etc) and it's kind of information overload.

thanks

Hi Richard.  No problem.  I have been wondering for awhile about one thread for Lake Aquitaine or perhaps even one thread for Meadowvale parks (Lake A., Lake Wabukayne and Maplewood Park - or is it better to keep these 3 parks separate).

for the summer, which has less activity than spring, i'd suggest one thread for Meadovale Park. a weekly update (like the Wet Woods or Ashbridges Bay threads during the spring) make it really helpful for locals to find what's happening at that given time.

much appreciated and keep birding!
