There are a few birds I kinda wonder, "what's the point". Until yesterday, the Brown Thrasher was one of them....I seem to have several pairs nesting around our property.
Yesterday, while enjoying a brief period of sunshine, I had the pleasure of listening to a beautiful song that did not seem to repeat...one after another, sweet unique calls...I grabbed my field glasses and searched the cedars...and then I saw it...to my disbelief, it was a BT. Amazing song !
