Gotta love the warmer days of the year!  Lots of mammal sightings out back, we enjoy them all.

A birth certificate shows we were born.  A death certificate shows we died.  Pictures show we live.

Ha ha!  Yep.  Although we've pretty much bumped into each other a few times, startling me and him.  The shot in between the houses was one of those moments.  That's a bag of mealworms I was going to feed to the Robins.  Mr. Skunk was right around the corner of our house.  I saw him, he saw me, he started to stomp his feet which apparently means he is prepared to spray.  So I dropped the bag and backed real fast.  I got a few photos and he got some grub.  It was cool he was out and about a number of mornings well past dawn.  Word is there are a few babies running around the neighbourhood now.  I hope to see one or five.   :D

Indeed they do.  Now we are in to August and they are spreading out.  It was a blast while the family was all together.  A couple of the lil guys still come around and have that curious notion about them still, which is nice.  I won't offer them food by hand but feel free to find the scattered peanuts about the garden or meal worms that the birds missed.
