Anyone hear anything more about the manhunt for the Thornhill duo of coyotes ?
I hate to admit it, but there may be an upside to hunting. We have an enormous population of coyotes up here in West Grey / Southgate...and yet I have NEVER seen one (except the one time I tagged along on a hunt -- I saw the dead coyote at the conclusion of the hunt). Every coyote I've seen has been in the GTA. I know they move around our house -- I've found tracks and this past spring a coyote killed a deer within 100 m of our house. It killed the deer and fed from it for about a week and not once did I catch a glimpse or hear it.
