Not sure if this is a Forster's Tern or Common Tern (or neither).  Has black going down back of neck and a little black at tip of bill.  Any help is appreciated

Has the head like a Northern Flicker but seems a little bigger and body chest is different.  Any help is appreciated.

1. Common Tern I think.

2. Juvenile Starling molting into fall plumage.
