I saw a few of these at the Nonquon Lagoons the other day, Aug 18.  My best guess is a Solitary Sandpiper, but I am not very confident.

Very close.  It's a Lesser Yellowlegs.  They look very similar.  The two easiest ways to tell in these photos is the leg colour and the white rump (visible in the 3rd photo).

Thanks for the correction.  Very similar, but easy to see the difference once it is pointed out.  I was concentrating more on the bill size and colour and the eyering.  So much to look for.
