I didn't get out as much as I wanted to this month and when I did I didn't get as many shots as I wanted, but what I did get I'm fairly happy with.

Nonquon Sewage Lagoons August 10th.
Bonaparte's Gull.

Greater Yellowlegs.

Lesser Yellowlegs.

Colonel Samuel Smith Park August 24th.
Black-crowned Night Heron.

Mallard.

Yellow-crowned Night Heron.

Cranberry Marsh August 30th.
Black-and-white Warbler.

Red-winged Blackbird.

Ruby-throated Hummingbird.

Edmonton August 11th.
Black-billed Magpie. Hmmm... I wonder how this non-Ontario bird made it in here.

That B&W Warbler sure is cute. Nice Hummingbird, love the spider webs on the perch

Looks like you have traveled far and wide. A nice set of photos of various kinds.

I'm very happy with those shots myself, Meghan, thank you.

Thank you Dinusaur. This was my third 10-day Edmonton trip for work but the weather wasn't great so I didn't get a lot. CSSP and Cranberry Marsh are regular stops and I like to get to Nonquon at least once a year.
