I came across this Mallard in Orillia, ON which seemed to almost glow-in -the-dark. Is he leucistic or just have some domestic blood in him.

I came upon the same type of plumage on a mallard down here in Kingston.

I came across one of these too in December 2012 in Oakville. I am assuming partially-leucistic Mallard.

I've seen a couple of these. Mallards are really tricky because they hybridize so much then you have the domestics and it's just a big mess to ID them. I thought this was a leucistic at first but I've had people tell me that it's actually a hybrid between wild mallard and domestic mallard. Still an interesting duck.  :D
