I just took a short video of the junco. It takes a couple of seconds for the camera to focus: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9AiUOeJJ_E

I also took more photos from every angle. This is certainly a different junco from any I have seen here.

I am not an expert on this species but after looking at some images on google etc it does look good for a Cassiar Junco. I tried looking up Cassiar on Ebird and it is listed as Rare if reported, may want to make sure before you submit if you plan on doing so.

It looks like the junco in this article so I would say yes.

Thanks for the replies. The juncos will all be gone in the next few weeks so I am glad this one dropped by.
