i was there at 10:30 AM until noon.
interesting morning.
there was little to no activity in the woods. silent.

the middle paths between the woods and Marina Rd had decent activity. Black-throated blue, yrump, palm warblers, chestnut-sided.
the bowl was very, very, very nice. i was there for only 30 minutes. wish i could have sat there longer.
black throated blue x 2
oriole
palm
black and white
asst sparrows (sorry, sparrow fans)
northern harrier did a fly-by
yrump
lots of activity in the tree branches above as well. the weird haze today made it hard to see some of the birds in the bowl. but you could hear that it was alive.

not a stellar day and things are still quite sparse. but it wasn't bad.

N. Waterthrush (heard only but seen by another birder)
Blue-headed Vireo (seen by others)
Ruby-throated Hummingbird x1 (feeding in a Pussywillow on the east side)
Kingbird
Veery
Rose-breasted Grosbeak x2
White-crowned x6
Loons x2 (flyovers)

just a reminder that it's spring festival today.
at least 2 groups of 20 were in the woods.
not a lot of morning birds either.

heard of 2-3 bay breasted, possibly a meadowlark.
saw a bunch of black throated blue (2 males, 1 female) and an asleep nighthawk.
left after 40 min

Was there this morning around 8 am and stayed for about an hour and a half. Saw the nighthawk asleep in a tree as well and actually saw quite a few different warblers:

Common Yellowthroat
2X Cape May
N. Parula
2X Magnolia
4X Bay-breasted
Yellow
Chestnut-sided
Yellow-rumped
Black throated blue
Palm

quite a few B. orioles, a flicker and a least flycatcher as well
