Great shots, love the clarity  and composition.! This is a shout out to anyone. My boss loves hummingbirds, she idolizes them, and knows much about them. She has asked me several times if I have any shots of them, she would love to have one framed. Unfortunately, I have had only fleeting glances of them. Does anyone know of a reliable place where I can see them? I've tried many times to photograph them in my backyard but they never come when I am there or when I am ready to shoot. Thanks in advance.

Beautiful pictures.
Gary, I am on the same boat as you are. Though I put a feeder at the backyard and noticed regular depletion of sugar solution I haven't seen any hummer at the yard. You may have to get yourself invited at Howieh's or John's backyard - they are some of the lucky ones with regular visits from this beautiful bird. I had to go to Jamaica in order to get some decent shots of humming birds.  :)

I see hummers at Rosetta McClain Gardens on a fairly regular basis.  They will especially frequent the park if the right flowers have been planted.  Walter might know if they've been seen there yet.

Hi Gary, I just lucky to get there shots in that close of range. Actually, I was searching the Mourning Warbler at the park and all the sudden she was popping out in front of me  :)
