1st. Goldfinch and Tennessee warbler
2nd. Thrushes for sure but I am not good with thrush id and will leave for others to comment

I would say Swainson's on the thrushes, even if the left one is a bit pale.

Thanks to you both. As the lefthand thrush chased the other out I was thinking the two were different, maybe Veery and Gray cheeked. Certainly Swainsons are the most common in my backyard.

The thrushes look like a Gray-cheeked (left) and Swainson's. Note the difference in face pattern and colour.
