this warbler is a tough one but I think you are right with yellow, after considering orange-crowned, based on bill shape as much as anything else

your first thrush looks like a gray-cheeked, though, note the total lack of buffy on the face as the second one has

The warbler is a Common Yellowthroat, I think. Immature females can be very plain.

you are right - common yellowthroat is a much better fit for the facial pattern on this bird

I don't know if Yellow Warblers change their plumage over the summer but here is one in June 2015

No they do not change over the summer, but what I was thinking was that this might be a first year female, in most warblers they are a lot duller than the typical plumage.
