I think it's an Orange-crowned Warbler.
Confirmation or correction would be appreciated.

To be good at fall warblers takes far more time and effort than I can (or am willing) to devote. I put a lot down as "warbler sp". I'm sure I miss a few Orange-crowned in both seasons because they are so inconspicuous and variable.

Yes, an Orange-crowned. This late in the fall, if you see a small greenish or yellowish warbler in goldenrod and shrubby habitat like this, there's a very high chance you're looking at either an Orange-crowned or a Nashville. The broken eye-ring combined with an eye-line, grey head and yellow belly are very characteristic of Orange-crowned. They often show that white at the bend of the wing too.
