Today is international Snow Leopard Day. This stunning wild cat is a symbol of nature's eternal beauty but also fragility. Some people (such as myself) have symbolically adopt a Snow Leopard (or other rare and endangered animals) through charitable sites such as WWF in order to help contribute towards their conservation.
Or just spread awareness of the Snow Leopard and all of nature's beauty. Too many people are centred around humanity's creations and achievements (which of course are amazing) but as a result have forgotten about the natural world and the plight of many creatures therein.
