Male and Female Rusty Blackbirds?

I'm trying to check whether I'm correct in saying one of these is a male Rusty and the other is a female. Opinions are welcomed!

Thanks! These are two of the on-going birds in the woods behind the Olympic arena on Olympic Dr in Dundas.

I'll update eBird with the new info.

I was down there today and saw the Tufted Titmouse and the Rusty Blackbirds, but they kept their distance and moved around a lot.
