hi

this was probably a redtail but-- saw a awk soaring fairly above Bloor and Bathurst Sunday noon. It was, oddly, being swooped upon repeatedly by a flock of pigeons-- behaviour I've never seen with the redtails and pigeons near work and home. It looked a little too small to be a redtail, and the tail looked too long and dark. But the wings were the wide, rounded, and  buteo-like. It was definitely bigger than the pigeons, so could it have been a female Cooper's?

thanks
