Requesting help to ID please

I ran this image through Merlin and it suggested several possibilities two of which were Orange-crowned Warbler and Palm Warbler. Could it be one of these or something different. Any help will be most welcome.

Went through my photos of this bird and this one shows the 'Crown' best. It appears to have some 'Orange' colouring.
