Bird of the day on Saturday at Rosetta McClain Gardens in Toronto's east end.

Black-billed Cuckoo eating Eastern Tent Caterpillars...

Good birding,
Walter :)

Is backyard birding our new normal?

Nice shot. I like the composition - the web of tent caterpillars in the background.

Thanks everyone!

You certainly have to wonder that Richard as it was in the exact same spot in the park as last year and it also flew off in the exact same direction as well.  We'll see what happens next.

The bird was not seen this morning while I was at the park.  I was there 7:00-11:30am.

Good birding,
Walter :)
