Oriole?

I saw this Oriole (?) at the Rattray Marsh in Mississauga today. At first when it flew in, I was expecting a yellow warbler. Then I thought it was a female, till I saw the black patch developing under the bill. Is this a Baltimore? I see some dots of orange on it so it could be changing colour or it could be a camera issue with shooting into the light. Or is it an Orchard also in transition? I'm not sure at what ages local Orioles can start changing their plumages. I know there are full-sized fledgling robins and starlings, though.

If anyone has Orioles nesting close to them and can volunteer an opinion, I'd appreciate it! I have almost 0 experience with Orioles.
