Is this an Olive-sided Flycatcher??

Any help will certainly be appreciated. Same bird - one shot in full sun second when cloudy.

My guess would be a juvenile Phoebe. It appears to be a juvenile bird, and the tail looks awfully long for an Olive-sided Flycatcher. If it was a juvenile Olive-sided Flycatcher, you would probably have noticed white patches on the side of the rump.
