3. gnatcatche (not sure what the options are out there)
4. dunlin
5+6 least sandpiper
7.the other 2 are royal terns
8. one of the kingbirds again not sure which one
9 common yellowthroat
10 song sparrow

3. I'm thinking Bell's Vireo but hard to say for sure

5-6. Least Sandpiper
7. Elegant Tern
8. Western Kingbird I'm pretty sure

10. Song Sparrow

Thanks Lucky Tern and Reuven.  I wasn't sure whether it was Royal Terns or Elegant Terns.  It seems that Royal Terns are not as common as Elegant Terns at this location, which are also not common, but there were reports of Elegant Terns this year.

looking again agree with 4 as dunlin and forgot about elegant tern out west...
