fall migration seems to be starting

Was at Ashbridges bay this morning and seems like the fall migration is starting - at least for some warbler action.  

Warblers:

Yellow-rumped (southwest point)
Blackburnian (male in bright plumage)
Cape May (male in bright plumage - in the hemlocks on the southwest point)
Yellow

Yeah, I had 8 species of warblers at Humber Arboretum. Best were Black-throated Blue and Blackburnian. Most numerous were American Redstart and Black-and-White Warbler.

Ashbridges Bay - August 26
Spent a little over an hour this morning at Ashbridges.
The warblers were concentrated in the trees/shrubs on the NorthEast.

and i'm trying to think where there's trees in the northeast. that's where the boardwalk is
