Around 10 AM on Dec 10, I managed to arrive at the spot where the Lark Sparrow was reported a few days earlier and seen everyday ever since. Luckily I saw from distance a few other people watching it - that it made it easier to get to the spot without looking everywhere for it. It is at the north-east section of Don Roadway and Lakeshore in Toronto. I parked on Villiers Street as suggested, walked north along Don Roadway and then turned towards east on a trail that runs north of the railway tracks. There it was - either foraging on the ground or flying to a bush or a tree nearby to rest. Someone left a seed pile and at some point it did feast on it for a while. A great find for Toronto and a life bird for me.

It was seen again today. I had looked around noon and missed it but someone saw it this afternoon, even with the weather as bad as it was.
