Anyone seeing alot of lower warbler counts this year I'm way down

I was at the Leslie spit in the mornings and Thickson's Woods in the afternoons since May 8th.  There were a lot fewer Warblers than other years.  One striking example is the Magnolia Warbler.  I didn't see any until this week and still not that many.  I hope they found another route to their nesting grounds.
