Fledgling Hummingbird?

I've been watching a Ruby Throated Hummingbird nest this spring. Some others reported a lack of activity recently and wondered if the nest was abandoned. I checked yesterday and saw a large hummingbird in the nest. To me, it doesn't look like the female that has been here all spring, so I would like to think it's a fledgling (possibly one of 2 if it is propped up on the other)

I'm posting a comparison of two tail shots, one from June 7 and one from July 5. To me, it looks like the feathers are still growing in on the July tail.

I will add a reply with photos of head, although the photos of the known female's head are not all that clear.

Opinions on whether this is a fledgling would be welcomed!
