Trail along west side of Upper Duffin's Creek spotted a juvenile Connecticut warbler.
Located under deep shade it called out rather piercingly, which caught my attention.
Was looking for mushrooms to photograph therefore used 18-135mm kit lens and only
managed a distant, soft focus image. Off-yellow belly with dull darkish breast band
and bold continuous white eye-ring. Drab olive back. May also have seen a juvenile
Spotted Towhee.
