I guess the vireo did not sign a release for the photo
so she had to publish without it.
Sometimes warblers are actually attracted to the camera.
I've had a Chestnut-sided (juv) and a BT Blue almost look
into my lens hood. It can be frustrating when you never
seem to get close enough with a short lens and then when
something finally comes close it invades the minimum focus
(in my case 1.2 meters).

Outstanding find!
Have not seen one since 2012. No photo.
Compensating to the right would have helped achieve
a better exposure because the sky really dominates the
light meter. You are really on a roll.

Thank you so much. Two of them were sharing the same perch for hunting, one goes diving and the other one will take his spot. I know they are fast, but definitely two of them.

Really? is it rare? when Shortsighted said it, I thought he was teasing. I saw two and at least in three occassions.

They are not common everywhere... but there are several parks around GTA where they breed and seen regularly if you know where to look
