1. Is a Rusty Blackbird
2. Looks like a first winter Tennessee
3. unsure but could be another Tennessee

the last bird looks like a bay-breasted to me (i think i see enough colour on the sides to rule out blackpoll)

Lucky tern could be right, I see quite a bit of reddish brown colour on the sides to make it a Bay-breasted. Good observation.
