A Pine Siskin could very likely appear in November but your bird does not have
the strong Pine Siskin streaking and definitely does not possess the characteristic
very pointed beak of a Siskin. Your bird has a warbler beak. The broad pale superciliary
band resembles a Palm warbler in fall plumage. I Have not seen one in quite a while,
but then my sightings profile is taking a precipitous nose-dive. I'm sure that someone
with ID chops will definitely identify your admirable capture. Where did you see it?
