To process an image, whether jpg or RAW you need processing software, such as Photoshop
or Lightroom. Most people use LR but I still use PS. I cropped your image to isolate the pair
of House Finches and used the clone tool to eliminate the tail of the chickadee because its
presence offered nothing important to your photo. I used the sharpen edges tool for the whole
picture and further sharpened the eye and beak with the manual sharpen tool. Using the full-frame
sharpen filter also creates digital noise in the background especially when it is under-exposed.
I mitigate that noise by manually using the blur tool in and around the birds and feeder. I might
also have adjusted the levels (dark,middle-tone and highlights) to punch the photo. You could also
just use the brightness and contrast controls to achieve a comparable result. Text is added with the
text tool (font, size) and then adjust with a separate tool for distorting the text as required.
